Request a Retiree Kit – Retiree Gift Program

HR Partners or First Assistants: Please use this form to request a retiree kit for a retiring Team Member. The kit includes a Meijer heritage throw, gift brochure, code for the retiree to use when placing their order, and a congratulatory letter from the Meijer family and Rick Keyes. You’ll provide information regarding the retiree’s years of service and indicate if the kit should be sent to your unit or directly to the retiree’s home address and we’ll take care of the rest.
